Thursday – August 20, 2020 – The Root of The Problem

In the Vipassana “map” we were introduced to the concept that ignorance is the root of all suffering. Watch this video.

Some say it is a paradigm expansion. The work we engage in is a seeking of a deeper level of understanding and experience of this process. We are beginning to shift from Pratyahara to Dharana.
